Default Maui Onion Pies on the Egg


2-lb.Maui Onions thinly sliced, 1C sour cream, 3-eggs, 1C pepper jack cheese grated 1C sharp cheddar cheese,5-pieces of bacon, splash of hot sauce salt and pepper

mixing it all together

getting ready to mix onions and cheese

ready to fill 2 pre-maid pie shells

ready to go into the Egg

in the Egg at 375* for 40-min.

Ross,

Those are good. I'm glad you got two pies from that recipe too. That recipe, as published, and the first and the first time I saw Larry's (YB) post about it, it mentioned one pie crust....but I had extra.
