First smoke on 18 WSM. Couldn't wait for the weekend rummaged through the freezer came up with 1/2 eye of the round 3.5 pounds. Injected with beef broth, Worcestershire and garlic let sit overnight. Rubbed with mustard and Montreal steak spice. Smoked at 225 for just under 2 hours it of 125. Tented with foil for 25 mins then sliced thin. Very tasty sammies. Now the fun begins. My biggest regret waiting 45 years to get a smoker
