After watching the local craigslist for what seems like years, I finally found a deal. Like new Meadow Creek SQ 36 (with cover) for $800. Maiden voyage was Fathers Day. Had Mom, Dad, and my kids for dinner. Smoked some ribs 3-2-1 style with Charlie Vergos and Automatic Slims rib rub. Two Smithfield racks and two Cheshire pork racks. Sauced with Blues Hog and Uncle Joe's. Turned out great! Then smoked some bacon while the cooker was hot. Thanks for looking!
