I had originally planned to grill up some chicken thighs with some homemade rub, but decided to do something different. I marinated the deboned thighs in my carne asada marinade for 4 hours, then grilled them up. We happened to have fresh handmade tortillas on hand, so here they are, one with salsa verde and one with salsa roja:

lol the only way I can get my tortillas rolled that round is by using my drill press. :lol: Yours look wonderful. :-D
