Smoking western ribs and chicken wings. What temp should I use? Need high temp for crispy chicken but not too high for the western ribs.

I do my csr's at 275 or so. I usually don't smoke wings-but if I did, I'd want the temp up to 350 (or a tad higher).

No reason you can't cook your csr's and wings at the same time. I go about an 1-1/2 hours- then pan them in some thinned out sauce, cover tightly and let them go until tender. Finish on the grate to firm up sauce or just eat them as is.

I would do the ribs first. I like 250. Wings only take about 40 minutes, I would boost the temp to 350 and cook them, while the ribs are resting.
