I did my first one Tuesday. I only stuffed mine with Peppers, onions and mozzarella. I did it a bit differently. I weaved my bacon, flatened my sausage over the top, lay down my pepper, onion and mozz all across the top. then just rolled it up. Basically thesame results, but i didnt have the pinwheel effect like you did.
Awesome Photos.

Damn that looks good. I was wondering how one would taste without the sausage.

Dayum that looks good.
You used ground pork butt...is it labeled as ground pork 'butt' at the store or did you have the butcher grind up a butt for you? I've never paid attention to what the regular 'ground pork' was made of. Hope this isnt a stupid question. Think I'm gonna try one this weekend. |

Hey countryliner, Don't you ever think a question is dumb or stupid. That is why this place is here. I went by my butcher and ask for 3 lbs of ground pork butt. I have never seen it in the store. I do remember it was $10.02 for 3.3lbs. Regular ground pork is made out of Ground Pork. Tommy Kendall has a laytex room on yahoo. Everyone should beware of a Yohoo account that sends messages to you with this name.
