Wink The Beer Can Chicken, without the Can

Nothing special, but guaranteed to make you drool!

The beer can chicken is part of my weekly diet and it's also a great way to test Rubs and sauces that I got.
On this one I put the yardbird rub from the plowboys and the sweet honey sauce from sweet baby ray's. I love this combination, maybe I'm even going to use this combination in competitions. At least in the try-outs.

Looks Fantastic!, I don't think half of that would have made it to the plate if I'd been cutting it up. I'd have been sopping up the juices off the cutting board and chowing down as I went!

Thats one of the reasons that I'm filming my bbq adventures.
