Next weekend I'm having a small get together with about six people coming over. Need some ideas what to cook to feed all six. Keep in mind this will all be cooked on my OTG as the Chargriller is at my folks house in another state. Thanks
 
Set it up with an 8-10 CI pan in the middle of the charcoal grate, fill around it with charcoal/lump/wood leave a gap in the ring about 2-3 inches and light one end. Ring of Fire. will last 5-7 hours if nice and packed. After that possibilities are endless. I did a 13 pound brisket like this a while back, worked like a charm.
 
That's a pretty wide open question. I would do ribs, everyone likes ribs. Easy to smoke on a OTG too. Last night, we did mixed grill, sausages, ribs, veggies, clams and potatoes, all off a OTS.
