Flat is resting. Point is cubed for burnt ends, sauces, re-rubbed and back on smoker! Looks good!

Sadly, I ran an errand, when I left it was 180, when I got back 210. Dried her out a little too much, but still tasty just not up to my standard.

I have refoiled and added apple juice and put on a bit lower heat to re-moisturize before.
