Default Zippy12 flung a breakfast craving on me.

Seeing @Zippy12 stuff those burgers with carmelized onions & cheese hit me right upside the head. I was already hungry for some breakfast....just didn't know what.

I didn't have stuff for burgers....but semi-carmelized onions were had. I wasn't patient enough to let 'em get all the way done, lol.

Did some breakfast burritos for the family.....did eggs & sausage for me. I added the browned onions as a topper for my eggs. Best tasting eggs I've ever had.

Once the sausage started to cook.....these girls took up spots in the kitchen....waiting.

Onions on eggs....and liberal amounts of hot sauces on the sausage. I'm stuffed.

Great looking breakfast. Not to hijack your post, but I’m batching it this weekend and decided on taters and chipped beef .
