Default Cali Cheese Steak...Hittable

This is not interned to be anything like an authentic Philly type, ok now that is out of the way.

I started with some rare left over tri tip we had last night

treated the bun with a slather of spicy brown mustard and hatch green salsa from a jar. piled on thinly sliced tri tip, grilled onion and mushroom, and smoked jeck and cheddar cheese and into the pellet grill for about 15 min when it came out this is what it looked like

inside

bite shot

not bad I may have another for dinner

Great looking cheesesteak. Folks in Philly should take note and know that there's some West coast competition coming their way. :)
