I've got an 8lb bone in pork butt in my refrigerators freezer that I plan on cooking Saturday. Haven't had to thaw one before and was wondering when I should move that bad boy to the fridge to start the process?

Wed should be perfect. And if it seems to not quite be thawed you can always finish thawing it in the sink with cold water that you change out every hour.
