a couple guys on the forum have posted pretty good looking briskets. i think i remember it takes 5-6 hours.

My last one was 12#. Took about 7 hours. Sako's done a bunch. He can speak with authority on this.

Just like brisket on any other device...depends on what temp, and whether you wrap. Run hot (325ish) and wrap after 4 hours (about 165 IT) and you'll be done in about 6-7 hours.
