Had some leftover brisket from last weekend; hmmm...what shall I do? I think I will pile slices of hot, tender, juicy brisket on a freshly baked roll and make a MEATWICH:

A sandwich is a sandwich, but a MEATWICH is a meal! Man, was that good! :becky:
 
I'd hit that! Looking good. My favorite way to use leftover brisket is in a sammich!

Makin' burgers tonight and saw this post... Now I need to go get a Brisket for tomorrow.

That looks most excellent.

Perhaps for your next Meatwich...you can use one of your Pizzas, and
put the meat on it, then fold it over...sort of like a Calzone...that or
just cut a couple of big long slices of Pizza and use them for the top
and bottom pieces of bread on the Meatwich.:clap2:
