thinking about doing a turkey breast today. just wondering of the marinades used in deep frying work when smoking/grilling on the egg, temp around 350. I like the injected deep fried turkeys, any chance to do same or similar on the egg. thanks, tom

I've used Tony C's Cajun Butter for both deep fried turkey and egged turkey and it came out great both ways. I don't see why other marinades used for deep frying wouldn't work.

It should work great maybe better. I never deep fried a turk too $$$$$$$$$

low sugar... keep them low sugar but I have to say... as good as TC is you wonder why you wanna jack with anything else
