Momma always tole me Son take a bite before you say you don't like it since I like both components I'd sure try that and I probably will. After all Chocolate covered bacon is like BBQ crack IMO. But I would need to add a little chipolte powder or sea salt to the top

How did it turn out? I did not see where you commented on the taste. I would try it, for sure. I remember going to church "dinner on the grounds" as a kid. It was the only time that I could choose for myself exactly what I wanted to eat. That is also when I found out that I loved chocolate cake and southern fried chicken in the same bite . Southern fried chicken and "nanner puddin" was a very close second, though .
