Default Perfect Valentine's gift

Local grocery store had a meat sale this morning. Sent the wife to grab some bone in pork loins. Butcher gave her a case, which was four full loins. The two blobs in the lower part of the pic are 10lb sirloin tip roasts, just to give you some scale. I am in pork heaven. Some double cut chops and pork crown roasts are in my future!

No need to pick up beer or sit on the porch. Both taken care of for you.

89 lbs of pork are vacuum sealed and in the freezer. I kept some of these as full racks of baby backs with the loin attached. Time to get creative on how to cook these up.

Ideas?

Keep the wife or beg her to keep you (whichever if most appropriate); you got a great partner!
