Help with how much to charge for smoking hams that are already pre-cooked?

It does add another flavor profile to the meat. Injecting will help also.

Apparently you have never had a double smoked ham. Have to try Dr. Chickens double smoked ham recipe. Best ham I have had and cooked.

As for pricing: Cost Of Goods Sold (COGS) x 3. Total up the cost of the ham(s) and multiply by 3. This gives you the retail price of the hams only. Any/All other charges, such as delivery are extra.

It a word: Yes! You can simply smoke it straigh up, something I call Dogstyle, or you can inject, rub, and or glaze. All good.

Oh Lord yes! It takes no time to add smoke to it. The best I had had a Dr. Pepper or coke and brown sugar glaze put on it. I wish I would have asked for that recipe
