Default Labor Day Ribs

I am cooking ribs for my family, including my Grandma and my Step-Grandpa.
Three racks of spareribs rubbed with Willie B's Sweet Rub. One half rack is with very little rub because my step-grandpa is diabetic.

I will serve them dry, since dad likes them like that.
