Default Wife's B-Day cook

I don't really need an excuse to cook, but works out better when the wife request it. I am doing a 16lb brisket and what was supposed to be a 21 lb whole shoulder that the butcher screwed up and deboned and cut it in two.

Ready to go on the BDS around 4 AM

A couple maple fatties with apples and onions sauted in butter and brown sugar.
