Default Toney's Fiddy Fiddy Burgers - Bacon PRON

I found an old meat grinder in the garage. I think it came from my grandfather's diner circa 1940 or so. What better way to see how it works than to make some fiddy fiddy burgers. (Fiddy % ground beef / Fiddy % bacon)

Pound of Bacon

Grind her up

Add a pound of ground beef and a little garlic.

Made patties, put her in the freezer to firm it up a bit. Then threw it on the Smokey Joe

Add a fresh 'mater

Handfull of dark russet kettle chips and call it dinner.

Great looking burger. I pre cook the bacon then run it through the food processor and mix it in the ground chuck. Bacon flavor comes right through.
Great Job

The first few pictures look like the beginning of an Epic Meal Time video (if you don't know what this is go to youtube right now for ultimate bacon pron). I'd gladly take that burger for lunch while I finish the rest of my 15 hour shift at work today.
