Hey guys just checking to see what you would get for ribs? I am doing 40 racks of ribs for Sunday's game. These are individual orders not for 1 party, just smoked and picked up.
 
If you are paying $10 for a rack you need to find another supplier. Should be around $7 per rack.
 
$7 per rack.

$20+ per rack.

Can't get them for less than $10 a rack anywhere in my area including all raunt suppliers.
 
Charge whatever you feel is fair. It depends on if your doing it for the love or doing it for the money. I am known to have some throwdowns around here and I only cook for small groups. What I put in to what I serve to my friends is in my mind priceless.
 
I sell them for $22 each if only doing a few, if I buy a case, then I can sell them $20 rack. Talking about spares. I can sell baby backs for $22-$24. My ribs are costing me about $10/rack right now at sams club. If you can sell a rack for $30, I would love to know your secret.
 
Cost x2.

I have been charging $20 a slab for St. Louis or Babybacks.
