Your thoughts on Wickers??
Someone told me about Wickers BBQ sauce/marinade for good Q. Anyone familiar with it? I read that it is vinegar based with no sugar. I like vinegar but not sure about using this with a bigger family preference of sweeeeet sauce. What do you have to say? Does it bring too much tang to meat, especially if I don't use much sugar in my rub? I was figuring it may add a tiny bit of sweet using it as a mop sauce? I have not found any yet, but I would like to try it.
