Here's it all ground up. McRib grinds quite easily and doesn't look too bad run through the grinder . I'm wondering what the texture will be like when cased and cooked, but TBD there.

I'll add in spices and pickles, onions, sauce later today

If I might paraphrase Jurassic Park: You were so preoccupied with whether or not you could, that you didn't stop to think if you should.

In all seriousness, this is pretty dang awesome. Dedication to the cause!

Thread drift:

Jason is using the On-Cor rib patties. I didn't even know they existed. But I have used their Salisbury steaks many times. A tray of those, some mashed potatoes, pislbury biscuits, and another vegetable like peas, or peas and carrots, and you can feed your family a comforting meal for cheap.

Rest of the ingredients tossed in. Mixed up it smelled just like a McRib with the sauce, onions and pickles

I'm loving this, Jason.

You come into here with cooks from the far corners and "outside the box"..........and you pull them off nicely. You're always looking for the edge.

Rock on, Brother!
