Default Meat & potatoes...

Got a package of pork shoulder steaks from Sam's Club a few months back. Nice thick cut. Grilled them indirect for dinner last night.

Rubbed, oiled, and ready to hit the heat...


On the Chargrill, one chimney of lump and a couple small hickory chunks...


300 degrees, according to the grill thermometer. Gotta get me a Maverick...


Halfway done...


Moe Prichetts BBQ sauce, straight out the jug...


Plated with some crispy oven fries...

Looks great. I bet that steak tasted awesome. Im going to make me some steak fries like that except im going to try and smoke them to see how i like them. I like my taters a little crispy so i will see what i get..
