pan fried fresh walleye with my special "lemon sauce", homemade peach salsa, and tomatoes with fresh basil, gorgonzola cheese, salt, pepper and a touch of italian dressing. yum.

MMMM. My favourite fish - pan fried walleye. Even though I live in an area full of them, It don't get to eat walleye as often as I like.
