Nothing fancy. Potato bread. Provaloneeeee cheese. Some mustard. A few tabascee peppers, and some zouwerkraut!!! And a Texas Red Hot Link!!! It DID NOT SUCK!

Interesting to see the regional differences in how the simple hot dog is served and eaten. Except for the bun and dog, a Chicago dog is entirely different.

I love hot dogs and sausage (well.. you know...nvm) But could never really get into hot links. Does look good with kraut and mustard.
