Default its thursday, must be rib time

thought i would try something different w/ a little extra flavor.
been loving the pecan on ribs lately.

some extra poke flavor is a good thing.

i do like my pellet packets. running jack today.

everyone in the pool! running 240 at the dial.

let the magic begin.

oh ya. that looks real good. found some butchers sweet bbq sauce. that will work.

these are going to be good. :)

look at that rib. great color, very juicy. Ursula comes thru again.

wife coming home before she goes to school. this will be a great little snack poo for us. enjoy the weekend my friends.
