Default What accessory could you not live without?

I have a stick burner and gas burner but do most of my cooks on the BGE. I have the platesetter but that is all. I am asking for Q cooking accessories for Christmas but don't know where to start. Which tool, gadget, or gizmo is your favorite?

My lighter so I can start the fire Seriously, I think I could do without most of the gadgets I have but I'd miss my gloves the most as I like reaching in to the firebox to carefully place my sticks.

I don't have one yet, but I'd like to have a Rib-O-Lator for my rotisseries.

Thermapen. Once you get over any hangups you might have about spending $100 on a thermometer you'll end up with the most essential kitchen tool around.

You already have the plate setter, which is the one "essential" EGGcessory. Maybe consider a cast iron grate for the Egg?

I cant think of how I'd get an injection in the meat without an injector, so it's probably the one I cant do without.

So:

1 cant do without and cant replace with something else: injector
2 cant do without and cant replace with something else: really good insulated PVC coated gloves

1 would be nice to have and very darn handy, but can survive without: remote thermometer(s)
2 would be nice to have and very darn handy, but can survive without: thermapen
3 would be nice to have and very darn handy, but can survive without: naked dancin' women

Beer (but it can be replaced with Tequila)

My competition daze are probably behind me now; I pretty much cook for family, friends, and frankly the peace and solitude I get from smokin' on an offset...
Was Lang 84DX, now Bubba Grills 250R and many Weber grills

For me it the remote thermometer. If you're looking you're not cooking. lets you keep the lid on.
