Just got back from Catering a party.
It was the birthday of the wife of my old boss back in my aprenticeship.
Just 19 People around, but mostly old colleagues that i havent seen for years so it was a very smooth and funny evening.

Food was simple, just tortillas filled with bratwurst, arugula, grilled pineapple and honey mustard and grilled pineapples with grapevines as a starter, then pork loin roasts, beer can chicken, planked salmon as main course and grilled pralines for dessert.
Sides and salads were supplied by the hosts and there was pleanty of beer, too.

Everything looks excellent, and I'm sure everyone had a blast. I also always appreciate the way you take great pictures - thanks.

Nice presentation. I like simple yet different foods, brats in tortillas, will try, Steve.

Awesome looking spread as usual.

Is that a Klose pit?

Nope, i didnt have enough stamps to ship a Klose over the pond, so i had to build it by myself...

I was inspired a good bit by a DK Backyardchief though.

The Chicken and Pineapple are on a Chargriller Pro?

When in Germany it is a must to take pics of the beer!
