Default Turkey legs/ Chili PRON

Never tried smoke turkey legs brine 6 last night. Was an awful day to cook wind , rain and cold. Also had some beef ribs in freezer left from last week so made a batch of chili
Legs on

Checking the temp

While they was cooking made a pot of chili

I put pinto and hominey in it

Done took around 4 hrs

These taste really great was my first time it also a cheap meal less than buck a leg

Great looking bark on the legs. I usually pull them and eat when they look like pic #2 so I am curious to see how they were when you pulled and ate them. Still juicy?

They was very juicy I ate the off the bone. I brine them for around 12 hr in tender quick kosher salt cumin
