ribs and chicken parts

I am going to cook a couple of racks of ribs and some chicken thighs and legs on Sunday. I would like to have everything on the smoker at the same time and then possibly finish off the chicken on the gasser. How long would yall expect the legs and thighs to take at around 250?
 
Honestly, IMO, 250 is too low for chicken. I like 300 to 325 for chicken. Otherwise, it dries out on me. How about 275 - 300 for a compromise?
 
About 3 hrs but you won't have crispy skin and can get dry. Ribs should take longer. Just my thought. Boshizzle has some good advise.
 
how long would the chicken need at 325? I could finish the ribs on the grill on low after the first 2 hours in the smoke right? Or if I do everything at 300 how does that change the 3-2-1 method?
