Some phone pron
I haven't posted any pron in a while so I thought I would pull some of my more recent cooks off my phone and get them up here.
Here is a brisket and some ends from about a month ago. And here is my first attempt at pizza on the akorn which I have huge hopes for going forward. This one got a little black on top, but the bottom of the crust was just the way I like it. Probably the best I've gotten on a grill so far. BBQ chicken, cilantro, bacon, cheddar, and pepper jack. Some bacon from last weekend. I did a super sweet on with maple syrup and brown sugar and a more savory one which I rubbed with black pepper after the cure was done. And lastly, tonight's dinner.

Its cut pretty thick, probably close to a half inch. I actually cooked that whole brisket just to make chili, so I cut it a little thicker than usual.
