Newbie
Hi all!
Newbie here. Just started learning how to smoke last summer on a simple set up: Weber 22” Kettle w a Slow N Sear. Food is turning out ok enough for my family and friends. Could use a little more consistency. Considering progressing onto the BGE but feel like I should practice more on the Weber. Enjoying the ride though. Thought I’d introduce myself... Happy Monday! |
