Default Chicken and Pastrami prOn.

A couple random weeknight meals.

First time doing pastrami. Made Reuben's with homemade kraut, swiss and thousand island.

Thought I took more pics.

Cut up a fryer chicken and tried some lollipops on the kettle, Rendezvous Seasoning on bird. Killer Hog's on legs and thighs, doused breasts with shack attack and another shot of Rendezvous in lieu of sauce.

Whatever Mrs. T put in them. I believe those are potato and cheddar. My aunt taught me to make our family recipe last year, I've just been too lazy to do it so far. Good reminder.
