One hulluva day! Video+pron+beanie weenies (my version)

Yesterday I cooked up a brisket for myself, my boss and 2 coworkers that All threw In $$ and we had it for lunch today. Lots of jealous folks in the lunch room today, oh well they don't ever cook nothing and share it so I don't care

When I got off work, I headed to my buddy Bradley's Chappel hill bakery and dug through a pallet if national CAB choice packers. Found 2 marvelous briskets. Got some big cookoffs coming up and my private stash is getting low. I now have 6 beautiful briskets, 3 are already aged and frozen, 3 are still aging. The two I picked up today. A little smaller than what I prefer, but I won't have to trim much on these like I do my larger ones

Ready for a 32 day nap

Tonight my wifey made what is my favorite version of Beanie weenies.
Fritos scoops, bun, mustard, beef weenie, spicy wolf brand chili, sharp cheddar, baked beans, and lemme tell ya what boy! My knife and fork was throwin sparks
