Smoked butt (pron)
This thing has been brining for 2 days and it was delicious. We also had potato salad and slaw. Sorry I forgot to get a shot of the sides.

The pork looks great! That sounds more like a marinade than a brine though, and expensive too. I'm not sure what dale's is either so maybe i'm wrong. Wouldn't be the first time. As long as it was good and everyone enjoyed it that's all that really matters.
