Default Smoked butt (pron)

This thing has been brining for 2 days and it was delicious. We also had potato salad and slaw. Sorry I forgot to get a shot of the sides.

Looks good! Did the brine penetrate all the way?

It has good penetration. Im sure you could let it sit longer than 2 days. But 2 days gives me what I want and everyone seems to love it.

The pork looks great! That sounds more like a marinade than a brine though, and expensive too. I'm not sure what dale's is either so maybe i'm wrong. Wouldn't be the first time. As long as it was good and everyone enjoyed it that's all that really matters.
