So anyways...here is the site that houses the pic of the boiled ribs that Jay recently posted. I knew I had posted that pic before but couldn't remember where it was. Anyways, here it is for a little humor.

Instead of an oven, after boiling, you could just slap the whole pan of rib glop in the UDS. Then you could actually can it BBQ Ribs.

style ribs in beer & garlic before grilling
them but never a rack of spares..
