I watched a Bobby Flay show the other day and he was using one of these to do lamb chops. Per the manufacturer it was an Engelbrecht 1000 Series Standard Braten Gril he was using. What I don't know is are there other brands out there that work the same and are of equal or better quality/value? If I understand correctly the wheel and cable raise and lower the fire to control heat. I also want a rotisserie, but they do not offer one.

Thoughts?

I am also looking to replace my gas grill (I know shame on me) but it is great to do a few quick burgers or steak at winter temps here in Colorado. Unless it is all stainless steel or other material that will not rust I will pass. The heat grates/ upper side walls and box are rusting on my current unit which I believe is 8 years old now. It needs to be big enough for a family of 6, like three slabs of ribs, etc. My current unit has 4 burners.

Thanks for any suggestions - Keith
