Surf-N-Turf Burger--Detailed

Ever since I did my first Surf N Turf burger below some time back I've been in love

So I did a scaled back version a couple weeks ago and here is how it went:

American Style Kobe patties (old pic of the package but this is what it looks like)

Seasoned the bottom patty

Shrimp

Top patty

Stuffed patty formed

Bacon

Chopped

Bacon grease + butter

:nod:

Fixin's

Amoroso rolls

Mayo

Bacon and homemade spread on the bottom bun

Ready for the patty

And patty is ready for the buns :mrgreen:

Oh yeah!! :hungry:

Can't beat this here :-D

Bacon fries to boot? :tape: Heart Attack Police Dept is dispatching SWAT :loco:

Especially with all this left over :shock:

Wow, very innovative! Kinda surprised the shrimp cooks up just fine inside, but the pics show it most certainly did. Nice looking combo.

You say bacon grease. We said bacon drippins’ growing up. Either way it’s the secret to flavor. So, bacon drippins’ + great beef + shrimp = home run! Very well done. Any left?
