Yummy is all I can say.
The Tuna was seasoned with olive oil, salt, and fresh ground pepper.
The steak was marinated for 26 hours in a teriyaki glaze sauce.
The asparagus was cooked indoors with butter, garlic, salt and pepper.

Nothing beats fresh grilled Tuna. Your photography is outstanding too.

That looks and sounds really good. Have you ever done the asparagus in the egg? It's a favorite around here.

I had the BGE up to 500.
Cooked the tuna for about 4 minutes per side.
I did overcook it a bit more than I wanted. But it did not take away from being damn tasty. Was like eating a slightly flaky steak.
I am not kidding when I say it tasted just like a great steak.
I have not done asparagus on the grill yet. I really want to, just have not gotten around to it.

very nice - when you grill the aspargus, try some Todd's Dirt on it - almost better than hollandaise:biggrin:

That looks great! When I grill asparagus I coat it with olive oil, garlic and a little sea salt. The same thing is also great on green beans.

looks fantastic, but why not grill the aspar outside? Aspar and zuchini grilled are outstanding (little olive oil and salt and pepper)

tell ya, nothin better than grill-seared ahi, still rare in the middle.......mmmmmmm!

That steak looks awesome
