Default Pork shoulder picnic....

Does anyone have any experience w/smoking this cut? I have done them in the oven by trimming the fat cap & marinating, any smoking suggestions would be helpful...ie: times & temps(it's 10lbs), trim fat cap or not, etc.
Thanks.

Yessir... cook it like a butt.... be sure to caress the rub into the butt.....
Fat cap intact... on top... let it melt and auto-baste the shoulder.
