I suggest Ginger Lime Shrimp

1 part lime juice
1/2 part low sodium soy sauce (or 1/3 part if using hte full strength stuff)
4-5 cloves garlic
2TBL fresh ginger grated
2-3 serrano peppers
1 lb shrimps (shell on)

Whiz everything together in a food processor and pour into 1 gallon ziploc bag. Add shrimp and marinate for 15-45 minutes, NO longer than 45 minutes or the lime juice will start to "cook" the shrimp and they'll also be too salty.

Place on skewers and cook over direct heat until shrimp are pink and shells are just starting to char. 1-2 minutes per side.

The juice is great in icing...so sugar cookies with key lime icing (local place does some of these and they are deadly!). Key Lime Pie is a given. Have fun. I grow my own! I think I have a few pints of frozen juice in the freezer.
