Tables for food prep

Was wondering what kind of food prep tables folks are using for comps, catering etc.? Are there any folding tables that are about 5' - 6' long approx 30" deep and approx 36" high. I was thinking a stand-up work table like that would be better on the back than working on a standard 29 1/2" folding table. Any thoughts and is there even such a thing available?

The small white, plastic tables with the adjustable legs are nice and handy.

You can also make table stilts out of PVC pipe to elevate the height of your regular folding table, because bending over to work on a regular folding table is a PIA. With this method, you still have a "normal" folding table.
