Default Couple of pics of my UDS in action

This is some pics of my first cook on my newly built UDS. I did 2 racks of pork ribs. 1 wet and one dry for my wife.

Looking good. So what did you think of the drum? Little tip, If your lookin you ain't cookin. Temp climbs fast when you have lid off.
