Potluck Ideas

Hey guys, we're having a potluck next week at work and I was looking for some ideas to cook. I'm looking for something that can be re-heated (via either microwave or crock pot) and will still taste as fresh as possible. Also, I ride the train to work so portability is a factor. I'm thinking about bbq meatballs or glazed meatballs in the crockpot. Any other ideas?

If you're carrying a crock with you already then seems anything goes.
mostaccioli, spaghetti with giant meatballs
italian beef, pulled pork, wings, ribs
bbq beans
