Went 4hr-20min @300deg(no foiling). My homemade rub, Ono Lump, Pecan Chuncks, & Blues Hog.

I should know better then to look at pictures of BBQ at midnight, cuz I can't find a place open to get my fix!!!!! they look fantastic!!!
 
Those look good. How do you like Ono? I saw some at a comp. I was at, but they wanted more than I wanted to spend.

The Ono worked fine I guess. A freind bought a pallet, so the cost wasn't too bad.
