Default Poker Night ! Pig bombs or Fatties

I Cant decide on pig bombs or a couple of fatties. I would like to hear from you guys on your best recipes for both.. Also loaded the crock pot with thawed out pulled pork to go with it.
By the way I will be smoking these on my recent c/l find a Bandera style vertical offset.
Im feeding the guys pork and taking their money..........

I googled it. Pig Bombs sound pretty exciting but the guests would probably prefer fatties.

I've only done the pig bombs once.
You slice skinless link sausage into 1" slicks wrap with 1/2 pc of bacon so that you leave a little cup shape in top. Then stuff with cream cheese.
They were good but in order to get the bacon done the sausage over cooked .

Pig Bombs = Pig Shots

A bacon stuffed, bacon wrapped fatty is always good for the fellas.

Also a big hit is Moink Balls. <--I prefer to do these since they are really simple and quick to put togther.

Pig Shots!

Fatties are good but I think the pig shots take it to the next level.
