Default Surf And Turf Tuesday

No tacos today. Picked up a few dry aged ribeyes from our local supermarket

I went with different seasonings for each steak

Roasted some fingerling taters

On the grill grates

Didn't take too long

Put some lobster tails while the steaks rested. Love these 3-4oz tails. So tender and sweet tasting

Simple romaine salad

Sliced the steaks

And served on fine china

Super easy to do and delicious. Thanks for looking!

Looks pretty tasty Sako. How did the Big Poppa's steak rub compare to the other 2 seasonings?

You are killing it, my friend. That all looks so good.

And it even qualifies as a flame kissed TD entry I'd say.
