Default Labor Day Ribs with Psycho Poodle...

The weather was perfect on Labor Day, and I was in the mood to smoke up some ribs. And, psycho poodle was in a very playful mood with the cool weather. So, I cooked while he played in the yard.

I went with St. Louis cut spares, rubbed with Dr. BBQ's Big Time Rub recipe.

Then, onto the WSM with the iQue set to 225, burning KB and a mix of Pecan and Apple chunks.

And just in time for supper, we have tender, tasty ribs.

Meanwhile, psycho poodle decides to play velcro.

CD... Very tasty looking rack, even if they aren't exactly the kind I prefer.

Great looking ribs! Love the dog, I used to have a black poodle when I was a kid.

Nice rack of ribs there! I'm beginning to think that dog might be about as crazy as you say!
